Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

Store collateral in our secure facility during the loan term
Retain collateral in the event of default, as specified in the loan agreement

All collateral is stored with care, but we are not liable for loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, theft despite security measures).

8. Repayment & Default

You agree to repay your loan according to the terms specified in your loan agreement. Failure to repay may result in:

Late fees and penalties as specified in your agreement
Collection actions
Loss of collateral (for collateral-based loans)
Reporting to credit bureaus (if applicable)

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
